Gameplay

Built for one thumb and fast decisions

Robot Survival is a top-down roguelite played in portrait. Every run is a fight for space against swarms of machines, and every level-up shapes the robot you finish with.

Gameplay: the white combat robot fires guided missiles at red-eyed machines on the Industrial Breach floor, with the boss timer and kill count in the HUD.
01 — Automatic combat

Move. Your arsenal does the rest.

Steer with a virtual joystick. Every weapon system picks its own targets, timing and attack pattern. There is no manual aiming and no dodge button: your skill is positioning.

  • Basic, Fast, Ranged and Heavy machines each pressure you in a different way.
  • Elite Machines arrive as threat spikes, each with one signature mechanic.
  • Collect Energy from destroyed machines to level up in the middle of the fight.
The level-up screen with three upgrade cards above the current loadout of weapon systems and support modules.
02 — Build

Every level‑up is a decision.

Level-ups pause the action and deal you a hand of upgrades: a new weapon system, a new support module or a level for something you already own. Slots are limited, so every run becomes its own build.

  • 13 weapon systems: missiles, plasma blades, hammers, rotary cannons, saws, tesla arcs, drones, beams and more.
  • 13 support modules for attack, defense, cooldown, area, pickup range, knockback and more.
  • Redraw a hand a limited number of times per run.
Boss fight: the robot and the Titan Warden inside a circular energy barrier, the boss’s segmented health bar across the top of the screen.
03 — Boss fights

Every Operation ends in a sealed arena.

When the boss arrives, the waves stop and an energy barrier rises around you. Bosses fight in phases with clear telegraphs. Learn the patterns, keep moving and bring it down.

  • Phased health bars show how close the next phase change is.
  • Telegraphed attacks: warning rings, glowing cores and marked danger zones.
  • Reinforcements pour across the barrier as some fights escalate.

Evolution

Push a weapon past its limits

Raise a weapon to its evolution level, equip its paired support module, and an EVOLUTION card joins your level-up hand. Every one of the 13 weapon systems has its own evolution.

Operations

Two chapters. Twenty Operations.

Operations are the campaign: each one brings its own arena, new threats and a boss. Later Operations change the battlefield itself, from vertical corridors to orbital platforms.

Chapter 1

The Fallen Perimeter

Ten Operations through a broken industrial frontier, from the first breach to the machine network's command core.

  1. 01
Industrial BreachAbandoned industrial zone now overrun by hostile machines.
  2. 02
Scrapyard DepthsDescend into the abandoned machine yard and stop the automated salvage operation.
  3. 03
Reactor GraveyardPush into the collapsed reactor plant, where dead war machines still draw power from its failing core.
  4. 04
Signal FoundryBreak into the automated foundry, where signal towers coordinate every machine on the line.
  5. 05
Magnetic GraveyardCross the abandoned magnetic weapons range, where failed machines still pulse with repulsion fields.
  6. 06
Overrun CitadelBreak into a fortress-class defense complex that has lost control, where relay machines shield the swarm.
  7. 07
Skyline CollapseFight up through a collapsing megastructure where the swarm drops in from above and pursuit drones hunt the flanks.
  8. 08
Orbital FoundryHold the deck of an orbital assembly platform while the swarm arrives in organized formations from every direction.
  9. 09
Reactor CrownHold the crown of a gigantic reactor while the battlefield opens up and machines close in from every direction.
  10. 10
Titanfall NexusEnter the machine network's central command complex. Every combat doctrine learned so far converges here.

Chapter 2

The Verdant Exclusion Zone

Abandoned terraforming machines have grown into a hostile ecosystem. Ten more Operations, ending at the core that drives the Zone.

  1. 11
Overgrowth ThresholdCross into the Verdant Exclusion Zone, where abandoned terraforming machines have grown into a hostile ecosystem.
  2. 12
Sporeline DescentDescend a spore-choked lift shaft into the Zone, where grafted machines charge straight down the corridor.
  3. 13
Glassroot BasinCross a glass-rooted basin where a seeding machine grows nodes to feed its barrage. Prune them to break its rhythm.
  4. 14
Drowned ConduitClimb a flooded conduit where sluice machines close gates across the shaft. Read which way the water runs.
  5. 15
Rootworks ComplexBreak into a root-choked processing complex where a shielded array sweeps the floor. Break its shield to expose the core.
  6. 16
Canopy LiftRide a vine-wrapped lift through the canopy, where a hunting machine drops root lanes and dives straight at you.
  7. 17
The Mineral GardenCross a crystal garden where an architect machine reshapes its attacks around the nodes it grows.
  8. 18
Broken CanopyClimb a collapsed canopy walkway where a spindle-headed titan walks the corridor, throwing lances from range.
  9. 19
The Heart GardenReach the heart of the Zone, where the garden's sovereign machine guards it with everything the chapter has taught you.
  10. 20
Reclamation CoreDescend into the core that drives the Zone, where the machine behind the overgrowth seals itself with locks.
  • Industrial Breach: the white combat robot surrounded by red-eyed hostile machines on a dark industrial floor.
    Industrial BreachOperation 01
  • Scrapyard Depths: combat on a dark steel scrapyard floor lit by orange industrial lights.
    Scrapyard DepthsOperation 02
  • Skyline Collapse: the robot fighting up a bounded vertical corridor of a collapsing megastructure.
    Skyline CollapseOperation 07
  • Reactor Crown: the robot holding the crown of a giant reactor as machines close in.
    Reactor CrownOperation 09
  • Overgrowth Threshold: combat in the overgrown Verdant Exclusion Zone.

Daily challenges

Three ways to test your build

Challenges unlock after your first Operation clear. Each one has its own daily tickets and rewards.

  • Arcade

    Credits Challenge

Chase a golden target ship around the arena and break it open for Credit caches before the timer runs out.
